Noor Haddad
Designs every planner and owns the printer. Answers questions about paper, binding and page sizes.
Paperwharf started in 2023 when Noor needed a planner that survived a cheap printer. We now make 38 files for studios like ours, from a room above a print shop in Lisbon.
Screens forgive things that printers don't.
A template that looks right in a preview can still clip a total, drop a margin or print a gray box where a line should be. Our first planner did all three, on the first copy we printed.
So every file goes through the same routine before it ships: printed on three paper sizes at home and at the print shop downstairs, filled in with real numbers, and opened in the oldest app version we support. It adds about a third to the hours. We think it's the reason people come back.
We don't sell ads, take sponsored posts or run sales that end at midnight. Prices change only when the work changes, and we say why in the Journal.
The same three people who make the files.
Designs every planner and owns the printer. Answers questions about paper, binding and page sizes.
Builds the spreadsheets and the Notion systems, and reads every support email first.
Draws the Bollard family and the Tidemark icons. Handles font licensing questions.
Each line has its own look and the same promises.
Five imprints, one shop, one checkout.
Most refund emails are one line long. We send the money back first and read the reason after, because the reason is how the next version gets better.
The whole policy fits on this page.
Slow on purpose.
Bollard Display ships, and the Wharf Pass opens for studios that want everything.
