Can I upgrade from Personal to Team later?
Yes. Open the product in your account and choose Upgrade. You pay the difference, $35 for the invoice kit, and keep the same files.
Do freelancers who work with my studio need their own license?
On a Team license they count toward your 10 people while they work on your projects. They need their own license for their other clients.
Is there a subscription anywhere?
Only the Wharf Pass, which is optional and yearly. Every product can be bought once and kept.
How do taxes work?
We add sales tax or VAT based on your country at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay none. Your invoice shows the split.
What does a refund do to my license?
It ends it. Download links and keys stop working, and we ask you to delete the files. That's the whole process.
